The Meaning of 来 (RAI)

In Japanese, the kanji 来 (rai) means "to come," "to arrive," or "to welcome." It captures both the motion of arrival and the feeling of being received — of being home.

At RAI 来 Realty, this meaning guides everything we do. We focus on acquiring income-generating residential and commercial properties, renovating and repositioning existing buildings with modern and energy-efficient upgrades, and working toward the development of hospitality-inspired spaces through the adaptive reuse of older homes and akiya properties.
